  • Box gift services price ranges from 80 to 150 cedis depending on the size of perfume to be boxed.

  • Bag packaging price ranges from 30 cedis to 60cedis.(decor and bag inclusive )

Refund transactions may be permitted immediately after purchase for valid reasons, typically within 1 to 2hours after purchase.
Percentage deductions are merited after stated duration.

Return and Exchange Policy
All items can be returned so far as the seal remains intact and no damage has been made.

Yes! we have a payment installment plan for all clients who have made more than 3 purchases from us.

  • An initial deposit or payment of 50% of the product price and a gradual payment of 50% balance within a span of 4 weeks after initial deposit.
  • Payment installments are only allowed on products with prices above 400cedis
  • Payment installments can only be refunded 4weeks after initial deposit when client refuses to pay the balance ( Merits deductions )
  • Payment installments are not allowed during sales and quick promos.
  • Extension of payment installments duration on client request is allowed, but may merit additional charges.
  • Payment installments plan helps to secure items for clients and thus may be more favorable when stock is limited or in high demand .
  • Delivery of item is made after successful payment of item in full.
  • A client can only make another payment installment after completion of his or her first.
